When I first got my new purchases in the mail, I was not sure if they were the ones I had picked out or not. I had ordered two new Gucci handbags and three pairs of Tod’s shoes about four days earlier. The Gucci handbags looked exactly like they had on the computer screen. The Tod’s shoes were a different story.

The first pair of Tod’s shoes were a little darker red than I was expecting and the second was a little lighter yellow than I thought they were going to be. The third pair of Tod’s shoes was exactly the way I had pictured them and they looked and felt great when I put them on. They even matched the dress that I had purchased them for originally.

I called the customer service number and they informed me that they would happily refund my money for the two pairs of Tod’s shoes that I was not certain about if I decided to return them. I kept them for a few days to see how they looked with the Gucci handbags and then in the end decided that I like them, even though they were a little different than I had expected.
