I started selling houses way back when I was 18; just right after high school. My dad died early on us but left some insurance money. My mom didn’t know what to do with it - she was a housewife all her life and always depended on my dad for everything. She used to tell me that I was such a big gift from God for a son because I am an entrepreneur and that I know how to handle things - just like your daddy - she said.

She gave everything to me and told me to do something good with it. I had 5 other younger siblings and as the eldest, I felt responsible for all of them. One night, my dad came into my dreams and told me to invest the money in property. Buy and sell son, he said. The next day, I scouted for homes - listed everything i thought would be saleable and called my dad’s friend who owned and installed ceramic floors Cary area.

I risked half of the money to buy a cheap 2-bedroom house and hired the crew to do the floor. The owner suggested that since they are also a remodeling comany, they can fix up the whole house as well. We planned, i told them what i wanted, my financial limits and they went on with everything.

2 weeks - my house got sold and I earned 250% on top of everything: the property and the remodeling. Yes, that made me an adult right then and there. For 10 years now, I have been partnering with this great company and it’s have been fruitful all the way.
