I am very lucky to have bought a house that is right in front of the beautiful beaches of Florida. It has been dream of my parents to own a house near the waters. However, their financial capacity limited them to achieve that dream. That is why I grabbed the first opportunity of purchasing a beach house that came my way. Now, that I am in my golden days, I am very happy that I made that decision. Although my parents haven’t had the chance of experiencing the joy of waking up with the sound of the waves in the morning, I know that they’re happy looking at how their grandchildren are enjoying their time under the sun.

Now that I have already retired, I am devoting my self to improving my estate by the beach. To protect the paint and the fixtures therein, I had fixed awnings installed around the house. My architect told me that paint and wood wears easily if exposed to heat all the time. Also, since my children and their friends love partying under the heat of the sun, I bought several sun umbrellas that they can use to protect themselves from over exposure to UV rays. I know that my parents will really enjoy it here, if only they’re still here.
