My son is getting married six months from now. And we were planning to give him a house and lot as a gift. But he does not know about it. We wanted to surprise him after he get backs from his early honeymoon in the Caribbean. He is our youngest child from among our six children and we want it to be special for him. I just recently got my retirement package and working in that company seemed to be the best choice because with the retirement package I got. I could buy a house and lot for my son and at the same time, save some for our daily subsistence.
