Beautiful lawns and scenery makes a house much more attractive. This was my personal opinion because I enjoy looking at families that take pride in making their homes a much more beautiful place to live in. Since I breed lots of dogs, I can’t just use one electric fan to make them cool off. I have about 28 dogs with me and some of them are even dehydrated already because of the heat that Florida can give. Oh no, it’s not a giant life sized Mickey mouse costume, nor a stuff toy he’s pertaining about. Actually, it’s not Mickey mouse. But Mickey mice. Excuse the pun, but these rodents have been scattered in the second hand home we bought from two years ago. It’s a scare that whenever we as a family eat at our dinner table, one of these critters will run darting through the floor and all of the sudden all are feet are all over our chair! When the men came, we were thankful. They’ve got all the equipment to extinguish these pesky Mickeys. My son is getting married six months from now. And we were planning to give him a house and lot as a gift. But he does not know about it. We called them up and they made it look like it was an easy task for them because they have been doing this service a lot of times already and I was really overjoyed to see the beauty of the house after they cleaned it.

I am very lucky to have bought a house that is right in front of the beautiful beaches of Florida. It has been dream of my parents to own a house near the waters. However, their financial capacity limited them to achieve that dream. That is why I grabbed the first opportunity of purchasing a beach house that came my way. Now, that I am in my golden days, I am very happy that I made that decision. Although my parents haven’t had the chance of experiencing the joy of waking up with the sound of the waves in the morning, I know that they’re happy looking at how their grandchildren are enjoying their time under the sun.

Now that I have already retired, I am devoting my self to improving my estate by the beach. To protect the paint and the fixtures therein, I had fixed awnings installed around the house. My architect told me that paint and wood wears easily if exposed to heat all the time. Also, since my children and their friends love partying under the heat of the sun, I bought several sun umbrellas that they can use to protect themselves from over exposure to UV rays. I know that my parents will really enjoy it here, if only they’re still here.
